At Swan Creations, our products are very important and valuable, and we love them! However, for some reason if you did not love your order, we would like to make it right.
If you would like to exchange, please let us know. If you would like to return the product instead, please ship it back to us within 2 weeks.
For returns, please ship it back to the below address through a shipping carrier of your choice with insurance and in the original new condition and secure packaging. If you would like us to send you a return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly notify you within 1 - 2 business days about the return approval and status.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1 - 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
